Future – or more specific future oriented thinking and acting - is one of the cornerstones of our company philosophy. As a matter of course, this includes youth development. As IHK-certified apprenticing company, we offer every year qualifying apprenticeship programs in different activity fields. Our trainees are from first day on right in the middle of the action and take responsibility.
