R Flux / Fluxing agent without activator
Fluxing agent consisting only of colophony and solvent, without any activator. Used especially in areas which require high reliability, such as IC elements. Most frequently, a fluxing agent made of 25% coniferous resin and 75% isopropanol (IPA) is used for soldering connection wires. Properties: water extract - resistance > 100,000 Ωcm ; SIR > 500 MΩ. |
