Multi-Chip Module
Multi-Chip Modules are usually modules containing several semiconductor bare chips. The term is also used for soldered components that consist of a multilayer thin-film circuit applied on a substrate and equipped with an LSI bare chip. Also known as MCP (Multi-Chip Package). |
