Complex body
A complex is a composite atom in which other atoms or groups of atoms are bound to one or more central atoms. For reasons of identification, the molecular formula is written in square brackets [ ], for example [Cr 2 (NH 3 ) 6 ] 3+ or [CrO 4 ] 2-. Complexes are used as components of solder flux. |
